About the Guest Speakers......
Colleen Hartland is a Western Suburbs resident and activist who rose to prominence as a leader of the community campaign against the storage of toxic chemicals at Coode Island during the 1990s and then as a Member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly between 2003 and 2018.
Katerina Gaita is local to Seddon, an active community member and mother. She founded Climate for Change four years ago. Prior to that she worked in community environmental education and engagement with Environment Victoria and ran her own sustainable living business. She has trained with leaders in community engagement and climate communication including Al Gore, Doug McKenzie-Mohr and Les Robinson.
